Play It at a Themed Party
Sort everyone into teams first. The single best thing you can do at a themed party is split guests into four groups before you read a question. Read a question, give each team sixty seconds to agree on an answer, then one speaker per team defends it in a single sentence. Teams that can't agree lose their turn, which is funnier than it sounds.

Keep a running tally somewhere everyone can see it, and hand out ridiculous point deductions for interrupting, groaning or saying "both".
